Field sample conditions

Field sample orders are delivered and charged like fixed orders.

Deliveries on field trial terms shall be deemed agreed when the delivery is confirmed by the factory on field trial terms.

The field sample shall be carried out within 5 working days. The supplier is entitled to have the field sample carried out or supervised by a representative.

If the machine performs the work and results expected under normal weather and operating conditions, the field test is passed. The field test shall be deemed to have been failed if the Supplier's representative determines that the promised work cannot be achieved with the machine.

The goods must be returned without delay and in a cleaned condition, as agreed with the supplier, at the expense of the recipient to the supplier's works or to the address specified by the supplier's works.
